And it is well known that a major guide in building design is a country’s building code so we have an old EBCS 1995 code but this code is outdated and many gov’t offices are rejecting this code b/c there is a new Ethiopian Building Design code which is ES EN 2015 code so, this course is prepared using the new ES EN 2015 Ethiopian Building Design Code of Standards.
